We gather to worship the one true God, Creator of heaven and earth.
Our worship team is ready to lead us and this week we return to our mini-series on Mission, Vision, and Values. We will explore the words of Jesus in Luke 10:30-37.
As we respond to God’s call to cultivate a Christian community,
our mission is to share the love, compassion, and good news of Jesus.
Our vision is to build relationships with those far from God in a broken, hurting world and introduce them to Jesus.
Heather Oosterman will lead our children’s message and Ruth Frederick will share a ministry update from our Prayer Encouragement Team.
Will you commit to praying this new season for:
1. New people to experience God’s love and step into a relationship with Jesus.
2. For us to experience a deeper connection with Jesus through worship and community.
3. For our faith to be stretched and grow so that we can become more like Jesus.
Reminder: Bring a non-perishable food item for those living with hunger or food insecurity. Place it on the table in the Fellowship Room.
5:00 PM – Evening Worship
We return to our Big Ten series, focusing on the 8th commandment, “Do not steal.” With the help of one of our confessions of faith, the Heidelberg Catechism, we will see how this commandment is also a call to hard work and generosity. Our biblical text will be Ephesians 4:17-28.
