Message From Pastor Bob Huisman

9:30 AM Morning Worship
This Sunday, we gather to worship our Triune God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  We will conclude our series on Jesus’ wisdom recorded in the Sermon on the Mount in Matthew chapters 5-7.  In the end of chapter 7, Jesus offers a choice between Two Gates, Two Trees, Two Doers and then one more choice.
Our middle school girls worship team will lead us in praise and thanks to our great God.
Amit Karthat, our missionary partner in Nepal, will share a ministry update on God’s miraculous work of growing and expanding His Church and Kingdom in Nepal – where the church of Jesus Christ is growing faster than anywhere else.

Coming in June/July:
June 30-July 7- Heritage hosts Family Promise families!  Volunteer today!
July 7, 14, 21 – ARK/Sanctuary morning worship combined in Sanctuary
July 28 – Byron Day’s Community Worship at Whistlestop Park, 9:30 AM, bring a lawn chair!

Reminder: Bring a non-perishable food item for those living with hunger or food insecurity.   Place it on the table in the Fellowship Room.

5:00 PM – Evening Worship
At our evening worship gathering, we will worship God with hymns of praise and Pastor Dan will bless us with a message entitled “Thoughtful Christians” from Proverbs 20:1-8.

Thank You for your Gifts, Tithes, and Offerings
Thank you for your generosity to Christ’s Church.  We encourage you to prioritize your local church in your giving because the local church is the bride of Christ, and Jesus is the hope of the world.  We excel in the grace of giving when we honor God with our time, our treasures, and our talents.

Pastor Bob Huisman
Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.
And over all these virtues put on love,
which binds them all together in perfect unity.  Colossians 3:12-14
