Message From Pastor Bob Huisman

9:30 AM Sunday Morning Worship
Following Jesus: Part 1 of 4
On the first Sunday after Easter, we explore the question, “What if Easter was True?”.  If it was, then Jesus’ post-resurrection command of “Make Disciples” from Mathew 28:16-20 is for us.  What does it mean to be a disciple and to make a disciple?
In addition, Taylor (VanVuuren) Halquist, new missionary partner with Michigan State University SALT ministry will be (re)introduced to our congregation during the worship service and share a ministry presentation in the Connections Room next to the Fellowship Room kitchen around 11:00 AM.

Reminder: Bring a non-perishable food item for the food distribution ministry with our friends and neighbors at Byron Village.  Place it on the table in the Fellowship Room.

5:00 PM – Sunday Evening Worship

Breakfast on the Beach
We will gather to lift up the name of Jesus above every other name and to worship our great God and King.  Pastor Dan will open God’s with us from John 21:1-16 under the theme, “Breakfast on the Beach”.

Thank You for your Gifts, Tithes, and Offerings
Thank you for your generosity to Christ’s Church.  We encourage you to prioritize your local church in your giving because the local church is the bride of Christ, and Jesus is the hope of the world.  We excel in the grace of giving when we honor God with our time, our treasures, and our talents.

Pastor Bob Huisman
Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.
And over all these virtues put on love,
which binds them all together in perfect unity.  Colossians 3:12-14
