Message From Pastor Bob Huisman

Changes Coming in September/October
Starting this Sunday, September 6, our OUTDOOR in-person morning worship service will begin at 9:30 AM.  Our pre-recorded ONLINE services will continue on Sundays at 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

Our Council is making plans to move indoors for Sunday School/Catechism on September 20 and indoors for morning worship on October 4.  Details will be sent out following the September 8 Council meeting.  Our online pre-recorded worship service will continue through the end of the year.

This Sunday, September 6
BOTH/AND – This Sunday morning, weather permitting, we will gather for Sunday morning worship BOTH outdoors at Heritage AND online on Facebook and on our website at heritagecrc.net.  Both services will have the same sermon/message.  On this Labor Day weekend we will focus on “Daily Grind Holy Finds”.  Our Scripture text will be from Genesis 2, Ecclesiastes 3 and 12 and John 15.  Discover how it is possible that your daily grind can be our answer to prayer.

Gathering OUTDOORS for Worship at 9:30 AM
We will gather together outdoors (weather permitting) at 9:30 AM in song, prayer, and God’s Word.  Worship safely and socially distanced from a blanket, a lawn chair, or your vehicle.  Details about safe practices and procedures have been sent out in an earlier email.  Remember to use the WEST entrance.  Bring your Bible and a friend.  Weather-related cancellations will be posted on our website, Facebook, and emailed out by 8:00 AM.

Pastor Bob Huisman

May God go before you to lead you and behind you to protect you,
May God go beneath you to support you and beside you to befriend you.
    Do not be afraid.
May the blessing of God the Father, Jesus the Son, and Holy Spirit
be upon you.  Amen.
