Flu Shot Clinic – You MUST signup by Tues October 6 to attend

  • Fellowship room at Heritage CRC in Byron Center, MI

Heritage will hold a flu shot clinic on Thursday, October 8, from 4-7 pm in the Fellowship Room.
Anyone  age 4 and over can get a flu shot.
There is a sign-up sheet by the Sign up or Serve Counter at Heritage CRC
or you can email Brenda at heritagecrc@sbcglobal.net or call 878-1992.
Bring your insurance card with you.
You MUST signup  by Tuesday, October 6 to attend.
