FUSION SUNDAY NIGHTS
Plan on meeting on October 20 from 6:30-8:30 PM. We will be watching the Movie: “Un Planned” in the Fellowship Room. Bring a friend and join us for this powerful movie on abortion. Dinner will be provided.
FUSION PIZZA LUNCH FOR SENIORS
On Wednesday, October 23, Pastor Kevin will be bringing pizza for the Sophomores and Juniors at South Christian. Plan on meeting in the anatomy room.
FUSION –“REVIVE” Mid Week Worship.
Join us on the 1st Wednesday night of each month for a mid-week “Gathering” from 8 – 9:30 PM in the Cadet building. This will be a time where High School students, Young Adults and leaders can come together for a time of worship, sharing, digging into God’s word, praying for each other and hanging out. Invite a friend and come check out “Revive” next on November 6.
FUSION – LEAF RAKING/CRAIG’S CRUISERS NIGHT [CHANGE OF DATE DUE TO THE “FALL BALL”!!!]
On Saturday, November 16 from 2:00 – 8:00 PM we will be helping out people from the church and the community rake their leaves. After Raking, we will head over to Craig’s Cruisers for the Buffet, Go Carts, Mini Golf and games. Cost is $10 for Craig’s Cruisers and bring a Rake. Please sign up on the Bulletin Board so we can plan on transportation. Plan on meeting at church at 2:00 PM.
FUSION WINTER RETREAT AT SPRING HILL CAMP
On January 10-12 we will be going for a weekend retreat to Spring Hill Camp. We will leave church at 5:30 PM on Friday and return around 2:30 PM on Sunday. Details on what to bring will be sent to those who register. Cost for students is $80 [Actual cost is $140]. You need to sign up and turn in a $25 deposit by October 27. We will be joining with hundreds of other high school students from around Michigan for a weekend of worship and tons of fun! We need a firm commitment by October 27 for all those wanting to go. We will likely not be able to add people later.
FUSION – MARCH FOR LIFE IN WASHINGTON D.C. Take a stand with hundreds of thousands for the right to life of the unborn at the March for Life in Washington DC. On Thursday, January 23, we will be traveling by bus with the GR Right to Life. We will spend the night in a D.C. Hotel both on Thursday and Friday night. The march and activities are on Friday, January 24 from 11AM to 3PM. After that we will be trying to meet with our Representative Bill Huizinga and having an evening bus tour of D.C. We will head for home on Saturday and arrive back around 8PM. Cost will be $265 per person plus meals there and back. Students will be eligible for a $100 scholarship from Right to Life and the Youth Group will help with $65 so your total will be $100. You will need to sign up for this trip by November 1.
FUSION COLORADO SUMMER CHALLENGE On July 11-19 the FUSION group will be going to Colorado for a week long serve and discipleship trip. The first half of the week we will be painting homes for and serving low income elderly people in the Denver area. The second half of the week we will be biking, hiking, shopping and exploring the mountains near Buena Vista and Aspen. Each night we will be spending time in worship and digging into God’s Word. This is a trip you don’t want to miss. See flyer for more info. Please turn in your Registrations by January 19.
